TAS GROUP has introduced a new corporate incentive model under which a portion of the company’s top management has been granted the right to receive annual dividends from net profit.
This initiative is aimed at fostering deeper employee engagement in the company’s performance and transitioning from the traditional “employer–employee” model to a strategic partnership approach.

A separate threat is posed by pseudo-investment projects, which are actively spread across the internet. Fraudsters create websites and advertisements promising guaranteed returns, rapid growth of invested funds, or participation in “exclusive investment programs.” To increase credibility, they may use the names of well-known companies, banks, or financial institutions, despite having no affiliation with them.

The first start of the running season gathered 2,500 participants. Among them — 116 marathon runners from 22 countries of the world. Athletes from Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia also took part in the race. The youngest participant is 10 years old, the oldest is 75. It is noteworthy that one of the young athletes celebrated his birthday right on the track.
The next major start of the season will be the Almaty Half Marathon, which will be held on April 19 and will bring together about 10 thousand participants. And on September 27, the anniversary Almaty Marathon will be held, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the first start. The program includes 10 km, 10 km (Nordic walking), 21.1 km, 42.2 km and the Ekiden team relay.

Starting from January 2026, the salary of each TAS GROUP employee will increase by 12.3% - exactly at the level of annual inflation at the end of last year.

The group of companies TAS GROUP has launched a large-scale sports initiative and plans to take part in marathons across six continents worldwide in 2026. As part of the “TAS GROUP — 6 Continents” project, company employees will participate in international races held in various parts of the globe.
