Today, TAS GROUP is probably the only company in the country that continuously raises wages every year.

In the TAS GROUP of financial companies, salary growth is not a response to crises or a one-time initiative. This is a system decision that management has been following for 7 years in a row.

Starting from 2019, the salary of all employees of the company increases annually and without exceptions. Moreover, growth is directly linked to the level of inflation, so that the real purchasing power of incomes is preserved.

Starting from January 2026, the salary of each TAS GROUP employee will increase by 12.3% - exactly at the level of annual inflation at the end of last year.

We do not know of any other companies in Kazakhstan that raise their salaries annually, continuously and for the entire team for such a long period of time.

For the TAS GROUP, this is a matter of principle. A sustainable business starts with respect for people.
